"I called with an emergency on Monday morning and was immediately given an appointment within a two hour time frame. I actually felt like they were glad to see me and were there for me. Some practices act like they are doing you a favor by having you as a patient and I know many practices would not have taken an emergency as a 'new patient'."

"I have been a patient of Research Triangle Dental for nearly 10 years and have watched them grow strong and flourish from their first small building to the beautiful new setting. They have always been accommodating of their patient's time and schedules and have provided great care. Their willingness to confirm dental coverage allowances and ask that patient's pay only their portion is an unusual service today, where most dental offices have you pay and file your own insurance or file for your reimbursement. As a former dental professional I observe their care and manner with a more discerning eye, and always feel comfortable with the treatment plans and explanations. I have always felt that I could question or debate merits of the treatment options with Dr. Cassidy and Dr. Lopez. The staff and providers are delightful and I have referred a number of patients to them with total confidence."

"This was my first visit to RTP Dental office, and overall I was very impressed! I work in the medical enviornment, so I am always looking for my first impression when visiting other medical offices. The front office staff was very welcoming and made a point to speak to my little girl asking her questions and getting to know her. This was her first appointment and she was not scared! Wow, I was shocked. The ladies made her feel at ease and made this appointment seem so fun! Unfortately, she has 4 cavities :( and we will be visiting sooner rather than later! But, no worries, I know she will be taken care of at RTP Dental!"

"I became a patient of Dr. Pat Cassidy several years ago. I was nervous and actually afraid. I had not been to a dentist for a while, because my own dentist had become seriously ill. I have been treated with the utmost care and hospitality. I always tell my family and friends how much I love Dr. Cassidy. He has wonderful a wonderful chairside manner, as well as his associates. "I used to HATE going to the dentist. Not now, Dr. Lopez is AWESOME!!! No pain, even with the shots. He gives me something first to help numb the area and he knows just how to administer the shot and it's virurally pain free. He's very friendly and a super dentist. There have been times where I have broken a tooth or have been in horrible pain and they have squeezed me into his schedule. He's always full because he is SOOOO good. His assitant Cindy is also wonderful. They as a team work great together. They check on me throughout the procedure to make sure I'm comfortable. They even bring me a warm blanket if the office is too cold!!! What else can you ask for?! My teenage sons and my very fearful husband also enjoy their visits with Dr. Lopez. We have been with them at least 6 years. I recommend this office to anyone that I know is looking for a terrific dentist, assistant and office staff."

"I have been coming to Dr. Cassidy's dental clinic for most of the time I have lived in the Triangle area (over 17 years). Today, someone asked me what I was going to do for dental work after I retire at the end of this month. I said I would drive from Wake Forest to RTP, of course. Dr. Cassidy has installed several crowns for me, and I would not even consider changing dentists. If I decided to live in northern New York some day, 830 miles from here, I would strongly consider coming back here for anything other than routine work."
